Chair Yoga

With majority of us being at home, it's important to stay active.  Not only for our physical wellbeing but for our mental wellbeing as well. 
For those that are not able to participate in floor yoga, or standing poses, there is still a way to engage:)  Chair yoga is NOT easy and you can still kick ass while being seated.  I will post some pictures of me doing my favorite chair yoga poses in the next few days.
