During these uncertain times, while the pandemic continues to spread, causing people to self quarantine (as they should) it is still safe to be outside. Just keep away from crowds :)
Chronic stress and lack of exercise can compromise your immunity. 30 to 60 minutes of exercise can help your immune system and give you a mental boost. Manage your mind and your stress levels with a bit of self care.
I'm so grateful to live so close to one of the most beautiful places - Assateague State Park.
